Oran currently serves as the Director of Development and Resources at IGSS and as a Program Manager at Elevation.
Oran's previous roles include Head of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Edmond de Rothschild Partnerships and Business Development Manager at Ha’Sharon Sexual Assault Assistance Center.
In addition to her professional work, Oran volunteers as an external director in the Rosh Ha’Ayin municipality and is a member of the board of directors of the Israel Endometriosis Association.
