With 25 years of experience in the Air Force's computer unit, she achieved the rank of lieutenant colonel as the unit's commander. Today, she excels as a senior consultant, specializing in complex project management, particularly in software and infrastructure. Nirit's notable achievements include establishing the Cyber Defense Center for the Ministry of Energy. She brings extensive experience from both the business and security sectors. Nirit also dedicates her time to mentorship, serving as a mentor in the Air Force's technological incubator and offering career guidance. In addition, Nirit volunteers as a team leader at the Paamonim, dedicated to support people out of financial complex situations.
